Golang Job: Front End Engineer

JOB TITLE: FRONT END DEVELOPER II-6036
LOCATION: CINCINNATI, OH(REMOTE TILL COVID)
DURATION: 12+ MONTHS / W2 ONLY (ANY VISA)

REQUIREMENTS:
* 2+ years software engineering experience
* Experience with SQL databases and best practices
* Experience with Web UI development
* Strong analytical problem-solving skills
* Experience with modern micro-service architectures
* Detail oriented and work well in a team and individually
* Proven ability to achieve intended outcomes through influence and collaboration
* Understanding of the entire development process (design, development and deployment)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to prioritize work and complete tasks with quick turnaround times
* Excellent organizational, time, and project management skills
* Business-minded approach to time, costs, and deadlines
DESIRABLE SKILLS:
* Experience with continuous integration tools such as GitHub, Github Actions, PowerBI
* Go (golang) or Node.js programming language experience
* Spring and Spring Boot experience
* Azure or another public cloud platform
* Docker and Kubernetes
TYPICAL DUTIES:
* Partner with product engineering teams to understand pain points in software delivery and build cross-functional tools and platform services to solve those common problems
* Produce effective architectural standards, development frameworks, and reference implementations for agile development teams
* Stay on top of the latest developments in cloud technology
* Identify best practices and drive cross-functional adoption

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• Front-end development: 6 years (Preferred)
• CSS: 2 years (Preferred)
• Angular: 5 years (Preferred)
